Celebrate Spring with a  “Theater Night Out” at Das Dutch Village Inn

Looking for a fun night out at the theater this Spring? Either near to or far from home?

Look no further than Columbiana’s Dutch Village Inn Hotel and Banquet Center located in the rolling hills of Northeastern Ohio, with easy access to and from several major US highways.

You’ll love every minute when you visit this popular hotel and banquet center with a year-round dinner theater showcasing 7 additional productions and 23 show dates in the new year —  including stories of faith and joy, musicals, a mystery, and a celebrity tribute show, all presented by four talented national theater companies.

Coming in April is “The Jesus Stories,” the smash hit of last season featuring stories in the Bible about the times Jesus gathered around the table with others with food to eat and food for thought. This original production features sparkling drops of laughter and wisdom, along with wonderful original music, and stars Ted Swartz and Jeff Raught of Ted and Company from Harrisonburg Virginia.

The Noon matinee performance on April 17th features a delicious plated luncheon, and the evening performances on April 17th and the 18th at 7:00 pm include a fabulous four-course gourmet buffet with desserts, all prepared on site by the Inn’s talented executive chef and her staff.

The Inn also offers a “That’s Entertainment!” overnight dinner theater package after our evening performances, for guests to rest and relax in one of the Dutch Village Inn’s fine hotel rooms or cozy fireside suites. This discounted package includes hotel accommodations, tickets for dinner and the show and special guest perks like chocolates in the room on arrival and a complimentary deluxe continental breakfast on departure. Other amenities of the hotel include an indoor pool & hot tub and the best cup of coffee in town at the Starbucks coffee bar in the main lobby of this beautiful Colonial-style hotel and reception center.

The six additional productions scheduled for 2015 are Boogie Woogie Baby and Broadway Memories presented by Floriano Productions of Cleveland Ohio; A Laughter, Music and Mystery Tour With the Walking Roots Band and Dove Tale by Ted and Company; a Frank Sinatra tribute show by Michael Sonata of Akron-Canton, Ohio; and No Clue, a mystery, presented by Musical Mysteries of Pittsburgh, PA.
