Best Western Plus Dutch Haus Inn and Suites Recognized With the Brand’s Highest Honor

Presented with Highest Honor … the Best Western Plus Dutch Haus Inn and Suites in Columbiana was presented with the corporate hotel brand’s highest honor, the M. K. Guertin Award, at Best Western Hotels and Resorts’ 2019 North American Convention held recently in National Harbor, Maryland. Anthony Klok, Best Western Board Chairman (far left) and David Kong, Best Western President and CEO, (far right) presented the award at the national convention to Kelly Williamson, General Manager and Banquet Administrator, (second from left) and Grace Witmer-Styer, Owner, (second from right).

The Best Western Plus Dutch Haus Inn and Suites in was recognized with the hotel brand’s highest honor, the M.K. Guertin Award, at Best Western Hotels and Resorts’ 2019 North American Convention held recently in National Harbor, Maryland.  The award was presented to Owner, Grace Witmer-Styer, and General Manager, Kelly Williamson, in front of approximately 2,300 Best Western hoteliers and staff.

The Best Western Plus was selected for the award based on its exceptional levels of “quality, guest satisfaction and dedication to the brand,” according to Anthony Klok, Chairman of the Board of Directors for Best Western Hotels & Resorts, who added, “this Best Western is one of only 44 top-performing hotels out of 2,100 properties in North America to receive this prestigious honor, named after our founder.”
